If you want to see the best Secretary of State we will ever have, watch Secretary Clinton chairing the United Nations Security Council to Urge the Adoption of a UNSC Resolution to Combat Sexual Violence in Armed Conflict, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
She urged that this resolution be passed to protect women and girls and it was. At the end of the video, she even joked a litte about her being "President" of the Security Council. Vintage Hillary.
