I was just browsing Amy Dugan's Bill Clinton blog (a great place to get All Things Bill!) and I saw this great photo! Apparently it was taken by someone, most likely on a cell phone, and uploaded to Twitter! Bill and Hilary were outside the Chappaqua Library yesterday, August 25th, around 5pm.
