There was an article in the Style section entitled: Hillary Clinton power dressing: It's all about the jacket
There is a little slideshow and small article is below:
Tangerine. Navy. Daffodil. Cobalt. How many jackets does Hillary Clinton have? And does she ever wear them more than once?
The jacket is a vital part of Clinton's daily uniform for lots of good reasons. With their strong shoulders and lapels, jackets mimic the boys club and connote power and authority. Jackets are more comfortable and less fussy than dresses (important when you're on the overnight flight to the Middle East). They can be flattering, although not when the jacket hem falls at the widest part of the hips, something Hillary and her design team seem to be learning.
Clinton has not completely given up the geranium-in-full-bloom or solar flare colors she wore during election season (remember the John Edwards' crack?) but has increasingly migrated toward hues that are feminine and classic. Once in awhile she chooses black, the typical color of East Coast fashionistas, but bold colors are where she seems to feel most at home.
