The press release stated that Secretary Clinton will travel to Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Trinidad and Tobago on April 16 through 19. She will arrive in Haiti the morning of April 16 and depart later that day for the Dominican Republic. On April 17, the Secretary will travel to Trinidad and Tobago to attend the Fifth Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain.
While in Haiti, Hillary is scheduled to with President Rene Preval to discuss issues of common concern including stability, security and assistance. In the Dominican Republic, she plans to meet with President Leonel Fernandez and will discuss bilateral development cooperation in efforts to combat drug trafficking.
Also, Hillary will be accompanying President Obama at the Fifth Summit of the Americas in Port of Spain. This will be a gathering of the 34 democratically elected leaders of the Western Hemisphere and the theme of the summit is “Securing Our Citizens’ Future by Promoting Human Prosperity, Energy Security, and Environmental Sustainability.”
But before this trip, Secretary Clinton will attend and address the Haiti Donors’ Conference on Tuesday, April 14 at the Inter-American Development Bank, Enrique V. Iglesias Conference Center in D.C.
Haitian Prime Minister Michele Duvivier Pierre-Louis and IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno will co-chair the conference, which is being held at the IDB’s headquarters.
The government of Haiti and the Inter-American Development Bank will co-host the donors’ conference. The conference will focus the international community’s support on priority projects in the Haitian government’s economic recovery plan, a two-year program aimed at generating 150,000 jobs by promoting investments in sectors such as infrastructure and manufacturing.
Other attendees include: Canada Minister of International Cooperation Beverly Oda, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, OAS Secretary General José Miguel Insulza, Open Society Institute Chairman George Soros, France Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Human Rights Rama Yade, International Monetary Fund Deputy Managing Director Takatoshi Kato, and World Bank Managing Director Juan José Daboub.

I fully expect to see photos of the hottest couple on planet Earth after this!
I hope Hillary gets some beach time in the Caribbean.
Just saw some pix of Hillary getting out of her car and going to the conference. She's wearing a hot pink jacket and shell and looks great!
