At today's press briefing at the State Department, spokesman Ian Kelly gave the Hillary-broken-arm-what-the-heck-is-she-doing-today update.
He said:
"The Secretary’s working from home today. She’s reviewing documents, the same kinds of documents that she’d be looking at if she were in the office, briefing memos and the like. She’s making – continues to make phone calls to counterparts overseas and also within Washington. As I said to you yesterday, she spoke with Foreign Minister Miliband yesterday. She also spoke with Foreign Minister Steinmeier, and she spoke with Foreign Minister Kouchner today."Well, seeing that I am a little bit obsessed with following the details of the fracture status, this was a delightful dose of news. Just as an aside, I have been I particularly amused with some of the news headings regarding Hillary's injury. My favorite of the moment: the CBS article that came out with yesterdays photos of Hillary with the title: "Hillary's Cast Revealed!" It just sounds so scandalous!
